Rules for using RSSIEX wireless network testing and consulting services, along with liability and limitations.
By engaging RSSIEX for any RF signal strength testing, wireless network audit, or cabling design, you agree to these terms. Our services are limited to the specific scope defined in your signed service agreement or statement of work.
We provide independent consulting and technical recommendations. We do not guarantee specific signal levels or network speeds, as environmental factors and client hardware may affect results.
You must provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring testing or inspection. This includes informing us of any known hazards, such as live electrical equipment, confined spaces, or asbestos-containing materials.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords or building management before we conduct on-site work.
RSSIEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our recommendations, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hardware, software, or internet service providers. Any changes made to your network after our audit are your responsibility.
All deliverables — including heatmaps, cabling diagrams, audit reports, and recommendations — remain the intellectual property of RSSIEX until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our deliverables without our prior written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with seven days' written notice. If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund of any pre-payment. If work has started, you are billed for completed tasks and reasonable cancellation costs.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of County Leitrim.
